Good to Know
Is there a commitment?
Memberships bill monthly with a 6-month minimum. After that, they continue month to month until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
After your first 6 months, submit a cancellation request and we'll stop your membership before the next billing date.
How do member play sessions work?
Each visit includes up to 2 hours of play. Your member pass is applied automatically when you book.
Do members still need to book?
Yes! Every playtime needs a reservation, and there are no walk-ins.
